What to include

  • Component type: pipe, door frame, wall panel, or fastening
  • Target fire resistance rating and STC rating if acoustic
  • Opening sizes, throat depths, or pipe schedule class
  • Unit count and ship-to region

Social channels are not used for project quoting. Use the form or email for SKU-level requests. When you are replacing hollow-metal frames in an existing corridor, include the wall type and listed hour rating so we can confirm interchange before ordering.

For healthcare packages, note whether exam wings need STC 50+ panel stacks or standard STC 42 corridors. For industrial plants, call out coating preferences and wash-down exposure. Commercial mid-rise programs should state masonry versus stud anchors so frame throat selection stays correct.

We respond with SKU shortlists, UL and IBC notes where relevant, and freight routing for North American ship-to addresses. If you only need a pipe fitting dimension confirmation, say so in the first sentence—those tickets move faster than full structural schedules.

Large packages can attach a spreadsheet with gauges and quantities. Smaller tenant improvement jobs can list three fields only: frame size, desired fire rating, and wall type. Clear inputs cut revision loops when partition layouts are already in fabrication.
